Stations landed down by hospital train at the Base & was sent to Casino Hospital – a very pleasant change & one I was not too sick to appreciate but my chief grievance was too being too much "tucked in bed" that is 'niceness' seem to count more than 'comfort' & the nurses turn the sheets down so as just to leave your shoulders out & then tuck the close in to the sides so tight that it leaves a fearful draught down your back!

From there to a Convalescent Depot – nine days there & then marked A. &
