After my interview with you this morning I realize that I made a mistake in speaking to Commander Lambton as I did onboard the S.S. "Sumatra" on the [indecipherable] instant.

I appologize having been so  [indecipherable] my inexperience in Naval discipline [indecipherable]  in the only reason I can offer for  speaking to him the way I did.
