ROUTINE ORDER NO.2.

Colonel William Holmes, D.S.O., V.D., Brigadier Commanding.

H.M.A.S. "Berrima"
6th September 1914.

Strength: The ½ Battn., 2nd. Infantry (Kennedy Battn.) at Port Moresby is placed under the orders of the Brigadier Commanding. 

Appointment: Lieut. W. A. L. Fry, 1st Infantry, is appointed Adjutant of the 2nd Infantry, and is granted the temporary rank of Captain whilst so employed. Supery. 2nd. Lieut. H.L. Bruce, 1st Infantry, is brought on the authorised establishment vice W.A.L. Fry transferred. 

Route: The O.C. Naval Contingent will detail one Company of his command to embark on H.M.A.S. "Sydney" this afternoon. 150 rounds of ammunition and one week's supplies to be carried.
