MONDAY - 14th DECEMBER 1914:

The Administrator paid another visit (by land) to the Sulphur Springs, Matupi Harbour.

The following message was received from Colonel Pethebridge:-
"Eastern" will require 200 tons water at Rabaul; hope you can arrange supply."

The decisions of the Courts Martials on No. 384 Pte. H.R. Light, and No. 425 Pte. S.W. Walker were announced; the former was found guilty of receiving stolen goods and was sentenced to 30 days field punishment with forfeiture of pay; the latter was found guilty on a similar charge, and was also sentenced to 30 days field punishment with forfeiture of pay.

The health of the Troops is satisfactory.
