THURSDAY - 5TH NOVEMBER 1914:

The second issue of the Government Gazette having been completed, 1,500 copies were delivered to the Treasury and are now available for sale. Copy attached.

The Deputy Administrator motored to Herbertshohe on a tour of inspection, leaving Rabaul at 7-0 a.m. and returning at 1-0 p.m.

The decision of the Court Martial on No. 769 Pte. H.D. Ross was announced; the accused was found guilty of forgery and was sentenced to 14 days field imprisonment with forfeiture of pay.

In order to exercise the Troops in garrison at Rabaul, arrangements have been made for a route march to Bita Paka of one Company, leaving on the 7th instant.

Health of troops continues excellent.
