I was informed that I had been awarded the Military Medal. The dispatch read-"for good work done under fire"etc.2nd Cold though there is no rain. We leave for Ribeinout tomorrow.3rd Slight drizzle of rain. Left Albert about1 pm. After walking slowly we reached Buerre about 3.45 pm. Here we were informed that no billets were available in Ribeinout. So we had to stay the night in Buerre.4th Raining & miserable. Nothing definite known as to our movements, though I believe we shall form the Pack Train here. Of course there is the usual percentage
