if the inhabitents of the Soke have been used to repair to Friskney Common & gather the cranberries that grow there for their own use, so long that the memory of man runneth not to the contrary & if they have not been disturbed in so doing by the inhabitents of Friskney till this year, the Law will allow of their right so to do & I advise them to insist upon such right;  but let them Consider well whether such is the Fact, before they undertake to maintain the right of going upon other people Land, as nothing but Custom from time immemorial can authorise them so to do. 

The boundary between the Soke and Friskney settled last year Can make no alteration in the right as all the evidences who were examind on that occassion agreed that the Cranberry ground was in belongs to Friskney Parish
