Custom House
​Nov 27th

Sir

I am truly sorry to acquaint you that the Warrant is still here.  It shall certainly go down this Evening and I sincerely hope the Cassowarys may not have suffered from the change of weather & delay.

You will I know allow to me to mention in exculpation of this Board that the mistake has been solely arising to the Treasury Warrant (now before me, which expressly says "On board his M S Buffalo now in the River Thames".
