Banks (Sir Joseph) Draft Memorandum for the division of the Profits arising from the Sale of Capt. Cooks late voyage Agreed in the Presence of Ld [Lord] Sandwich, Ld [Lord] Howe, Sr [Sir]Jos. Banks & Mr. Stephens. & Mr Josf:Banks
One half to Capt Mrs Cooks Family the interest thereof to Mrs Cook for Mrs Cooks for her Life, the Principal after her death to be equaly divided among her surviving Children by Capt. Cook.
One Fourth to the Executor of Capt King to be given paid to Capt King's repre Heirs or in such manner as he may have disposed of his Estate & Effects by his last will.
One Eighth to the Legal representatives of Capt Clerk. One Eighth pert to Mr Bligth [Bligh] after the sum of one hundred Guineas is deducted from it for the use of Mr Andersons Executors.
