         Should the terms of the above proposal be accepted, conditions for the performance will be more fully entered on for ten months ending 24 December next ensuing. In the event of the distance exceeding seven miles and less than twelve miles, the offers proposed as a enunciation a charge of two & a half percent on the actual amount of the supplies rendered during each month
respectively.

My Dear Brother
In consequence of some little [indecipherable] in the ballancing of my A/c between Mesrs Greenhill [indecipherable] and yourself, I hereby agree and allow you to place this whole amt of the Wool to my credit by allowing me one shilling per pound [indecipherable] for the same.

By my [returns?] I am led to believe there is still a considerable quantity of Wheat due to me from you I [indecipherable] wish you to make into some arrangements respecting the same without paying me cash for both the wheat furnished by me to you or returning the same quantity at Bathurst or wherever you and I may arrange.
