My dear Brother
I beg to offer you 11d1/2 [11½ pence] Sterling per lb for your Wool which I suppose to be about 30 Bales payable by my acceptance at 3, 6, and 9 Months Bills or I will advance you 10d per lb payable also by my Bills at 3, 6, and 9 months and on the receipt of [indecipherable] Sale should you accede to the advance I will pay you the Balance after all expenses are deducted.
