many of the Tenants will get along it is hard to say. The present price of wheat is about 6/- Flour £14 per Ton (a great deal achieving) from Adelaide. Maize 4/6 at Camden, about 4/- at Sydney. Mr Thompson offered me yesterday 4/6d. per Bush for a quantity of the latter which I declined, we have as yet sold only a few bushels. Lucerne Hay in Sydney is worth from £5 to £8 per Ton according to quality. Oates about £12 there is very little of any kind in this district, Sydney is supplied with Lucerne principally from the Hunter where I am informed
