Sir William

I beg to enclose herewith a statement of Rents Accrued from 21st July to 20th August amount £332.14. 6 - also an account of Cash Accrued for petty sales during the same period amot £206.13. 7 (deducting balance from last months £29. 3. 4) both these accounts I trust will be satisfactory.

On referring to my book I find what I have accrued for [indecipherable] grown on the piece of ground opposite McMahon's

[cross hatched]

would be much better if made of wrought iron.

I do not think I have much more to communicate Sir William, every thing goes on as possible, the men all behave well and all we can so want just now is a good steady rain.

I am Sir William

Your obedt Servt

Thos Damson.
