I am honor'd by your favor of the 16th Inst, it reached here by the Afternoon delivery of Yesterday and being absent I did not receive it till this Morng.  I now beg to advise you that I have forwarded 36 Bags of "Pampanga Sugar" weighing 21 cwt 2 qr 20 lb @ 33/- pr cwt by Rail to go by the Goods Train on Saturday Morng.

Prices this day on the Market for undermentioned are

Fine Dairy Salt per Ton £ 7/-
Spool Course       "      £6/15
Rock      do       "      £4/ -

The Mats are all in good condition & are Marked M.
