It would probably be better that there should be a fixed allowance of Farm produce to each Private Establishment.

With respect to the Horses, the difficulty would not be so great. For instance, supposing my Father, or Jas & Wm to draw two fresh horses each. There would then be a similar number disposable for the general concern. They might either be sold, or become part of the Farm Establishment, as circumstances should require -
