The Monthly Accounts of Expenditure can be either furnished in detail, or merely Abstracts of the Total number of men, & Total Expenditure in each Department.

It is not proposed to put any valuation upon Farm produce expended on the general concern, nor to carry transactions into the Cash Accounts, except actual Cash Transactions or where Farm produce is expended on the Private Establishments, & the excess charged, as in Acct No 3 - In such cases, the charge to the  Private Acct must be carried into the General Acct as a sale effected.

The same may arize with respect to horses, but such transactions, it would be well to avoid as much as possible, as they are in some degree fictitious, & render the accounts
