between us, that hereafter (on the return of Mr James Macarthur to New South Wales) a Bond shall be duly executed in the Colony, in which seven per cent, per annum, or £350.00 half yearly, payable from London, shall be the rate of Interest expressed, and that this Bond shall be transmitted to England, and substituted for the Bond we have this day executed.
