is likely to turn out good with age or to know what wine to mix to turn out a good wine is beyond chemistry & when he takes [indecipherable self to judge wine he is incompetent - 
Your wines will improve by keeping - up to the time I left town they did not seem to be in a fit state to taste properly - From to time I give little lots of wine away & I will include yours when I am doing this - When I return to town I am under [indecipherable 5 or 6 persons for samples
