My Dear Sir,
I am in receipt of your favour of yesterday, and am quite disappointed to learn that the "Duncan Dunbar" had not reached Plymouth. We have scarcely any wind here, and the atmosphere is quite heavy and oppressive; in fact, it is the most unpleasant, and unhealthy day during the present summer.
I have replied to your note respecting the Wine for the Rev G. Egerton, and find that you say that "it may be sent", only; no mention is made of next week, or rather
