Ancarot [Ancorat] if equally convenient to you.

Some of those who have tasted your Ancarot at my table, have supposed the wine was not free from brandy – I professed my belief that it was free – will you please certify me upon that point –

I am happy to find that Capt Best did not put the wine you sent him into a wine merchants hands – but sent him samples.  So we suppose that the wines repose in the Captain's cellar – and I trust we may yet have the more agreeable report which you anticipated – 

I congratulate you upon your Constitutional Labours. and altho' I do not care much about such things, believing them to be ephemeral indeed – yet it is gratifying to see Demagogues at a Discount.
