Gladfield, 17th July 1851.

My Dear William

I received yours of the 19th June a few days ago; and have written to the parties who lost some of their wine making a reduction and instructing them to pay up their A/ct. as soon as I receive their payments I will remit you the amount of your last invoice.  I am sorry that you were inconvenienced by my drawing on the Brisbane Bank, which I shall alter next payt.  I did not think at the time and any expense you may have been at, I shall be happy to pay.  As to the damage done to the wine I could not explain it other wards, for tasting it as I did, it certainly tasted little better
