we may say that so far as we have seen we give the preference to Nos 2 and 5 of the Samples – especially No 2 which we think would make a pleasant drink in the hot weather. Not venturing to say more of the Wines at present

People are so cautious of drinking Wine which may disagree with them that it is very difficult to introduce any Wine in this Country that is not commonly used however good it may be. [C Co.?]
