Dear Sir, 

    Referring again to a proposal to establish silk growing on some land you have in the Maitland district,  & assuming the ground is suitable, I beg to  offer you my services to organize & see such a scheme carried out.

   The initial response would not be great, as beyond my own renumeration , cost of planting cultivation etc. there would be no money wanted until the actual production of silk has commenced. Then the necessary "houses" or sheds for the silkworms would be required, to be erected to the extent of the estimated crop, the accommodation
