Mr. Goyder (Carrington) has offered to have a house built for me if I will go back to Katoomba of course I should be very glad to do so, as I only came here because I could not find a house elsewhere in the mountains that would contain the household. I have been quite as successful as I have any right to expect - but the first expenses have been too much to allow me to carry on without help at this present time.
