during this term. I have the promise of several more after the holidays, but I cannot depend upon many until the summer & then my income is much increased by lodgers. My fees are paid most unpunctually & I have a good many old debts still due to me. So at times I am left almost penniless Mr Dibbs of the Commercial Bank has advised me to ask some one to guarantee
