It is so difficult to leave a house when you are settled with Servants & that I have little chance of being able to test the very last acct from G. Father we are pretty good & he was at Cannes in Decbr. Patrick has decided on selling his property at the Waikato & is going to England when this is arranged his health is very bad & he is unable to attend to his business there. I am glad for all their sakes
