to hear of what is going on at a distance. All friends are back and many kind enquiries are made for you all. I enclose you a letter from Bridget Neale. She told me when she was here she would like to write to you if I would send her letter for her. I have always forgotten to tell you that the Neales at Parramatta could not do your workbox. What shall I do with it? Send it to you in England if I have the opportunity? 

The Pets are all well but poor old Dan is getting very infirm and I really wish the old dog would quietly shut his eyes and never open
