healthy. The Banks must have such stations on their hands, and no doubt are anxious to dispose of them.  So at present a little money ought to go a long way in such investments.  In the management of Camden or any other property I doubt the feasability of dual managers, even brothers.  There should be a head to decide when opinions differ.  Of course Mr. P. King will be able to advise you as to an investment.  It is difficult here to get a really good security to yield more than 3½%.  In fact money is almost unlendable at present, except at nominal rates.
