not practicable to do so except at a great sacrifice.  I hope however to have better times soon.  The wool sales have closed at an advance of about 10% above February prices and stocks being low, I think we may look for a further advance.  The Rabbit is a great drawback.  On one of my properties in Riverina £600 was spent in the killing of the pest in three months, and I have shipped 46 miles of wire netting to help to keep the pest down.

Your rich river flats are fit for fruit growing, and no doubt you can extend production
