My dear Mrs. Onslow,

I was very glad to get your kind letter of the 22d March and to find that you were all well.  I can easily conceive the trouble you have to make fresh arrangements with the tenants, and in your [indecipherable] an Establishment in Sydney but property entails care and trouble in its management.  I find it so, and I wd. like to sell and get rid of my properties, and stations, but in these times it is
