even if it does not suit sheep farming, but I should like to have very full information before I completed a purchase.  As to a loan of £10,000 at 6½%, this seems a safe investment, and I do not see you can do better with your money than a mortgage at that rate for a long term of years unless a purchase is better.   But as I do not know Queensland except by report, you better be guided by Kings judgment & experience.

You & your family are but young yet, and if your available capital is safely invested at a fair rate of interest until the most of your family reach maturity it will no doubt be greatly augmented.

Mrs. Anderson intends to remain here for about 3 weeks longer.
