time to make permanent arrangements.  If you are still desirous to make the purchase I think you should let it go to auction;  I trust however you may not require to purchase, and that Mr. Onslow will not be disturbed in his occupation of the place.  Sales are slowly made.

We leave for Harrowgate on Tuesday the 19th.  We will be at the "Prospect Hotel" there - probably for about a month.
