My dear Sir William,

I was truly glad to hear through Capt. Onslow that you were recovering so well from your late illness.  I trust that by careful attention to your health that you will soon regain your usual state.  It occurs to me that a change of climate would be beneficial to you, and as our climate here would be a good change I hope you will come and spend a month or two here with us.  I have an excellent comfortable house on the Beach at Brighton with hot & cold
