Riverina, which will help to repair the heavy losses experienced by many through the bad seasons which have passed.

I have been extravagant in building a good house in Melbourne, and if you visit this part of the world I can place a room at your service, and when the Railway is made through to Albury it will be a good change of climate, and an easy journey.
