We had have had the coolest summer I ever knew in Australia, and there has been more rain in the interior than usual, the result of which is that the selectors are having splendid crops of wheat in localities where failure is the rule.

We have a plethora of money in the Banks, and rates of discount are lower than ever they were before, still our population is not increasing as it should do.  We want a healthy stream of immigration again.  With kindest regards to your family circle, I remain,
