Province the better the chances of the best man getting in.

I see that your Govt intend to extend your Railways to the Murrumbidgee which will no doubt save a deal of the trade which is now taken to Melbourne. and Railways on the level plains of the interior really cost less than a good road would across these stoneless plains.  Had our Railways been single in place of double lines, and fair economy used in station Buildings, Ballast etc., the State would now be deriving a large profit from them.
