lives with her husband Major Gardiner at Southsea Portsmouth.  Mrs. Campbell & myself live as well as most people of our time of life do.  Now that I have given you a circumstantial account of my family circle, I trust to hear that you and Mrs. James Macarthur, Capt. & Mrs. Onslow are equally well.  I often feel a desire to pay you a visit, but my station matters and my parliamentary duties tie me very much to home.  In Sept.
