the purpose of protesting against the sale, and to notify to intending purchasers that I will hold possession, and bring an action of tresspass against any one who may put stock thereon referring to the appeal pending, and to the former litigation.

The price I am prepared to give is a very extreme one, and will in these bad seasons be a loss, it however keeps my Blocks compact, and the runs are worth more to me than any one else excepting my adjoining neighbours.
