and more especially my wells I should have had to abandon my runs 9 or 10 months ago.  The dams which I looked upon as tolerably permanent dried up early in Feby, since which we have had to depend upon water from the wells, and there is not a drop in the dams yet, only a little in some of the tanks in favorable places.  I am sinking more wells to save my stock next summer.
