"adjusted, forfeited, & vacated runs" adjusted:  only applies to runs that are settled after a dispute may have between neighbours about boundaries besides the word adjusted was originally applied to these back blocks merely to give the frontage holders an opportunity of purchasing the back blocks that were adjusted to match the frontage runs.  Their Honors fell into the error of applying the term as if it shewed the intention of the Govt. to alter the run.  But if such had been the intention (which is was clearly shewn it was not) the reduced runs would have been offered as "portions of Conargo Block A" and
