pump in one, but from having had a long lack of calm weather I had to erect a "whip" which I worked with a horse.  At the other wells I use a "whim" which answers very well. Attached to the wells are tanks with long troughs.  At one of them I have 600 feet of troughing made of galvanized iron.  At others I use wooden troughs.  As we run the flocks about 3000 it requires a long trough to allow the flock all to water without waiting long.  For the last 6 months, my water has cost me double the expense
