The localities marked thus * in pencil on the general map, and also those numbered 1 to 6 & marked thus * in ink on the manuscript map are likely to have tolerable good country,.

The untinted block on the Talawalka [Talyawalka] Creek east of the Darling is the most likely, also the country lying south east of Fort Bourke and west of the Wellington District boundary should embrace available runs.  The eastern portion of this block in the Wellington district is probably timbered, otherwise it would from its proximity to the
