I returned you the maps some time ago, I hope you received them safely.

I bought 15,000 sheep from the same bred breeders in Adelaide that I formerly had sheep from at 10/ cash after shearing, but on account of the dry season (there has scarcly been a days rain on the lower Murray for the last 12 months) and scab being on the south bank of the Murray, I have sold them again at 6d a head profit.  I returned two days ago from the Murrimbidgee plains where every thing was going on well, & where we had had a fair supply of rain.  My dams are likely
