experience which Mr. Jamieson has had.  He and his brothers have been on the lower Murray & Darling for the last 17 years, and through great energy and good management they have realized (I believe) a handsome competency.  They lately sold the Mount Murchieson runs with stock for £55,000, yet you will observe that they Mr. Jamieson notwithstanding their success, dissuades a non-resident from investing in that dry country, though you will observe that he specifies the country "the whole country pretty nearly above the Barrier ranges".
