My Dear Sir Wm. Macarthur,

I have had several interviews with Mr. McIntyre the Explorer since I last wrote to you, and have not yet decided upon any action.  The last time however I met him he was inclined more to take cattle to the North Coast near the gulf, (with ulterior views) than to occupy the country to the north of the N.S. Wales boundary, which if it were not for the long carriage I would be disposed to prefer both on account of
