call upon Mr. Mcdowell of the firm of "Brush and Mcdowell" Jewellers George Street who was foreman of the jury, and who I have no doubt will tell a very different tale from that of Mr. Moriarty.  This point might influence the withdrawal of the disputed portions, with Mr. Robertson or Mr. Cowper, if it will not with Mr. Moriarty.

Your impressions with regard to Mr. Moriartys antagonistic feellings towards me is I fear
