most to, is to use it as a depot for my fat wethers & Lambs to supply the Melbourne market which I will be able to do by telegraph & train in a few hours.  But it is a rare thing to get an opportunity of purchasing such a block, in fact there is not such a block on the line of Railway unsold, but there the are large blocks of better grassed land on the volcanic downs in the western district unsold, but the difficulty is to get sufficiently large blocks for grazing purposes.

If there were cattle stations for sale at moderate prices that were well adapted for sheep, it might also be better to buy than go far into
