that the country is level open, and well grassed, with the grass in tufts which is a good sign, and close to water carriage.  A company is being formed here, by some unknown or at least little known men here to colonize it.

I shall mark on the maps in pencil parts where I think you should look out for runs though you will observe that my opinions are formed only on hearsay.  I know a Mr. Jamieson on the lower Murray who has sold his runs at "Mount Murchieson" [possibly Mount Murchison] on the Darling, and I may be able to get reliable information
