letter I think I pointed out the necessity of your getting some one who had a knowledge of surveying as well as of bushing to fix upon or rather to find and fix a station so as to avoid disputes about boundaries.  I thought I could have induced a Mr. Urquhart who has retired from the survey department of Victoria to have joined me in forming fresh stations, but as he is a man of property, he does not like going out to rough it again.  In fact it is very difficult to get a man with proper qualifications to undertake the search for new runs.

I have no doubt but you will continue to find enough to fully occupy your attention at Camden, but these are minor details compared to the importance of taking early
