lying between the Lachan [Lachlan] & Darling Rivers.  I do not know any thing of Mr. Greig, but I know a Mr. Daniel Cameron, who had a station in Victoria many years ago, and who went to Queens Land and who I have no doubt is the Mr. Cameron you allude to.  I am however surprised to hear that he is in difficulties, for as he was early in the field in Queens Land he must have managed badly, or been extravagant in his living, or have got into bad country otherwise he should not be in difficulties.  I need scarcely add that the most important matter in forming a station is to secure good open Country, where large flocks can be run under the care of a single Shepherd.  In my former
